UNDP and IFES implemented a second BRIDGE workshop on gender equality and access to electoral processes on 12-14 February 2020 at hotel Ritz Kinam in Petion-Ville. 25 staff from the Provional Electoral Council (CEP) participated in the three-day BRIDGE workshop; all of them were from the Headquarter coming from different departments. Participants discussed different obstacles to women participation and access to electoral processes and ways to overcome them. Also, relevant international standards and best practices were presented during the workshop. A member of the commission was attending the workshop during the three days showing the commitment of the Commission to gender equality and access issues in the electoral processes in Haiti.
