The objectives of the Electoral Observation module are:

  • To explore the principles of electoral observation (why have observers? who should they be? what should they do?).
  • To consider electoral observation assessment guidelines and instruments.
  • To design a code of conduct for observers.
  • To design a plan for managing observers.

Primary Curriculum Files
