BRIDGE Rule 1: All BRIDGE activities must be approved by the BRIDGE Partners.  Approval is obtained through the BRIDGE Portal. Therefore, BRIDGE implementers must request approval from the BRIDGE Secretariat for BRIDGE activities as soon as they can legitimately do so.

BRIDGE Workshop on Disability Rights and Elections Module ( Version 3)

This workshop on Disability Rights and Elections Module is taking place in Kathmandu, Nepal. There will be 25 participants, representing 12 political parties, of which 4 are national parties and the remaining representing in the Provincial Assemblies. Also there will be representatives of all 10 types of disabilities, media person and the Ministry of Women, Children and Disabilities.
The workshop will examine and discuss the barriers faced by the persons with disabilities in accessing electoral processes and the challenges to participate in political and public life.
The participants are also from the political parties and media so it It will try to seek their commitment for disabilities rights issues.
