I regard you all as pillars of Foundation

The IMPLEMENTATION MANUAL covers the very fundamental parts to training or of any alike. One can be the best implementer, very active and full of creative methods but without the “BEFORE, DURING, AFTER”, there will be no success.

Certainly we have shared and learnt of the present situation of elections from countries in the region. Tears shared are signs that one can be proud of it shows the love we have for our own nation. To those who have pride in the work done so far, a big CONGRATULATION.

PROJECT PLANNING ,SCOPPING, BUDGETING AND ASSESMENT

I personally find difficulties. To some of us this was never in the agenda during or in our present careers.
